Shipping Policy

All orders ship Monday through Wednesday via FedEx Priority Overnight — $30 in Texas, $40 to all other lower-48 states. Temperature gel packs included when needed. FedEx tracking provided via email.

Returns & Guarantee

Live arrival guarantee covers spiders that arrive dead, reported within 24 hours. Approved claims get a same-species, same-sex replacement at no spider cost (you pay reship shipping) or a spider-price refund. We do not accept returns of live animals.
