We breed Phidippus regius (regal), P. arizonensis (Arizona), P. apacheanus (Apache), P. carolinensis (Carolina), P. mystaceus (high eyelashed), and Paraphidippus fartilis. Regal and Arizona jumpers are our most popular picks for beginners.
Yes. Every spider we sell is born and raised by us in the Dallas area with honest listing photos — never taken from the wild.
Every adoption includes the spider. Full species care info is in our care guide on the website. You can optionally add our $20 Enclosure Kit — a 3×3×6 inch tank, cork bark, a small artificial leaf vine (climbing perches, web anchors, and cover), mist bottle, and months' worth of buffalo beetle larvae or meal worms, depending on availability (food for your spider). Jumpers do not need bedding on the floor. Feeder care →

Choose Local pickup at checkout, then email dallasjumpersonline@gmail.com or message us on Facebook Messenger after you place your order. In your message, include your order number, what you'd like to purchase, and when you'd like to meet — please schedule at least 24 hours in advance (same-day schedule changes aren't possible) so we can prepare your order. We meet near Wingstop at 710 W Renner Rd, Richardson, TX 75080, most days after 12 noon. On pickup day, contact us when you are about 10 minutes away so we can head over at the same time and neither of us waits long. Schedule pickup & directions →
We ship exclusively via FedEx Priority Overnight ($30 in Texas, $40 elsewhere) in insulated, ventilated containers with a heat or cold pack when the weather calls for it. All shipments include a live arrival guarantee. If your spider arrives dead on arrival (DOA) and your claim is approved, we send a replacement of the same species and sex at no charge for the spider — you pay standard shipping ($30 TX / $40 elsewhere) for the replacement. Yes — most US states via FedEx Priority Overnight with insulated packaging and a live arrival guarantee. Alaska is available when temperatures permit. Hawaii and international destinations are excluded. Florida has state rules about which spider species can be shipped in — we can send Phidippus regius, P. apacheanus, and P. mystaceus, but not P. arizonensis, P. carolinensis, or Paraphidippus fartilis. Contact us before ordering to Florida. Full shipping restrictions →
Beginners & care
Phidippus regius (regal jumping spider) and Phidippus arizonensis (Arizona jumping spider) are tough, curious, and great for first-time owners. See our Start Here guide for species picks and day-one supplies.
Young jumpers eat small fruit flies. Adults move up to small crickets, mealworms, or blue bottle flies. We include a feeding guide with every spider order. Feeding guide →
Most species live 1–2 years. Females typically outlive males. We usually sell young adults (almost fully grown) so you can enjoy them at their most active and colorful stage.
Yes! Each listing notes the sex. If you have a preference not shown, mention it in your order notes or contact us — we'll do our best to accommodate.
