Local Pickup for the Dallas Area

How scheduling works

Please schedule before you visit

Thank you for choosing local pickup! Placing your order saves your spot, but it doesn't set a meeting time on its own. When you're ready, please use the form below and let us know:

Your order number (if you have one), or what you'd like to purchase — spiders and any habitat kits
When you'd like to meet — a day and time at least 24 hours in advance (same-day schedule changes aren't possible)

We'll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm what you'd like to get and the time you'd like to meet.

Why at least 24 hours' notice? That gives us time to prepare your spider(s) and pack any enclosure kits, so everything is ready and waiting when you arrive.

On the day of your appointment: when you are about 10 minutes away, please text, call, email, or message us so we know you're on the way and can head over at the same time. That way neither of us is waiting long at the meeting spot.
