How scheduling works

Please schedule before you visit

Thank you for choosing local pickup! Placing your order saves your spot, but it doesn't set a meeting time on its own. When you're ready, please use the form below and let us know:

Your order number (if you have one), or what you'd like to purchase — spiders and any habitat kits
When you'd like to meet — a day and time at least 1 day in advance works best

We'll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm what you'd like to get and the time you'd like to meet.

Why at least one day's notice? That gives us time to prepare your spider(s) and pack any enclosure kits, so everything is ready and waiting when you arrive.
